Day 1: A Women's Coaching Community

Day 1. is a women's coaching community based on the concept that every day is an opportunity for a fresh start.

Change happens in the here and now. "When I/Then I" has never worked. Building from a future place also falls short, because instead of being filled with elevated emotions, we get stuck in inadequacy.

Western society has people focused on an end point, or an end goal. However, change happens when we build in the here and now, through micro-steps, in an empowered way.

You've probably figured out: The "all-or-nothing person" rarely gets the "all."

Enrollment for my women's coaching community is currently closed, but you can keep up to date with when we will reopen by subscribing for updates.

Day 1. is a coaching community for powerful women who want to move into the highest versions of themselves.

There are two aspects to the Day 1. community.

We meet once a week for an hour in a community group coaching call, and we'll engage in discourse through a private online forum throughout the week..

Every day is Day 1. We build from Day 1.

We don't anchor ourselves to a point in the past- days since we've done a habit or moments we wish were different.

We don't disempower one another.

Day 1. is about creation from now, with people who ✨ inspire ✨ you.
